  • Local Orders (Pakistan): Estimated delivery time is 3 business days.

1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

  • Free shipping may apply to eligible orders or promotional campaigns (details mentioned on the website).

1.4 Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package’s journey.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

2.1 Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

2.3 Return Process
